<p>M&aacute;loktor&aacute; stavba pod&#318;a m&#328;a tak plasticky vystihuje historick&eacute; korene kr&iacute;zy z&aacute;padnej civiliz&aacute;cie ako je <a href="http://sk.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pante%C3%B3n_(Par%C3%AD%C5%BE)">Pante&oacute;n</a> v Par&iacute;&#382;i. Podarilo sa mi dnes t&uacute;to n&aacute;dhern&uacute; budovu nav&scaron;t&iacute;vi&#357; a zac&iacute;til som v nej priam hmatate&#318;n&yacute; konflikt medzi osvietenstvom a kres&#357;ansk&yacute;m (katol&iacute;ckym) n&aacute;bo&#382;enstvom.</p>
<p>Budova bola p&ocirc;vodne stavan&aacute; ako chr&aacute;m sv&auml;tej <a href="http://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jenov%C3%A9fa">Jenov&eacute;fy</a>. Potom pri&scaron;la Franc&uacute;zska revol&uacute;cia, relikvie Jenov&eacute;fy sa sp&aacute;lili a chr&aacute;m sa zmenil na hrobku. No a takto sa striedalo: chr&aacute;m-hrobka-chr&aacute;m-hrobka, a&#382; k&yacute;m nakoniec ostala hrobka. Symbolizuje to pomal&eacute; a bolestiv&eacute; odde&#318;ovanie sa &scaron;t&aacute;tu od cirkvi. Zd&#314;hav&eacute; a ob&#269;as hl&uacute;po konfliktn&eacute; osamostat&#328;ovanie sa Eur&oacute;pana od s&iacute;ce sk&uacute;senej, ale ob&#269;as hl&uacute;po prehnane ochrannej ruky katol&iacute;ckej cirkvi.</p>
<p>V dne&scaron;nom Pante&oacute;ne zostali po tejto adolescentnej dr&aacute;me (ob&#269;as tragikom&eacute;dii) v&yacute;sti&#382;n&eacute; stopy: na sten&aacute;ch ma&#318;by zo &#382;ivota ve&#318;k&yacute;ch franc&uacute;zskych sv&auml;tcov - Jenov&eacute;fy, mu&#269;en&iacute;ka <a href="http://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Svat%C3%BD_Divi%C5%A1">Denisa</a>, bojovn&iacute;&#269;ky <a href="http://sk.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jana_z_Arku">Jany z Arku</a>, a to v&scaron;etko skombinovan&eacute; so sochami oslavuj&uacute;cimi Ve&#318;k&uacute; franc&uacute;zsku revol&uacute;ciu a s hrobkami osvietensk&yacute;ch ikon <a href="http://sk.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voltaire">Voltaira</a>, <a href="http://sk.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jean-Jacques_Rousseau">Rousseaua</a>, <a href="http://sk.wikipedia.org/wiki/Victor_Hugo">Huga</a>, <a href="http://sk.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%89mile_Zola">Zolu</a> a in&yacute;ch. V strede budovy sa zo strany na stranu k&yacute;ve <a href="http://sk.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foucaultovo_kyvadlo">Foucaultovo kyvadlo</a>, akoby chcelo nazna&#269;i&#357;, &#382;e franc&uacute;zske dejiny sa vychy&#318;ovali z jedn&eacute;ho extr&eacute;mu (a&#382; pr&iacute;li&scaron; politicky siln&aacute; cirkev) do druh&eacute;ho (z&uacute;riv&yacute; antiklerikalizmus). A pritom dejiny Anglicka alebo Ameriky ukazuj&uacute;, &#382;e okrem franc&uacute;zskej a ruskej cesty existuje aj in&aacute;, pre spolo&#269;nos&#357; ove&#318;a pr&iacute;nosnej&scaron;ia cesta. Franc&uacute;zski (kontinent&aacute;lni) osvietenci odde&#318;ovali &scaron;t&aacute;t a cirkev, aby odizolovali mo&#382;n&yacute; (negat&iacute;vny) vplyv n&aacute;bo&#382;enstva. Na druhej strane anglosask&iacute; (&rdquo;ostrovn&iacute;&rdquo;) osvietenci odde&#318;ovali &scaron;t&aacute;t a cirkev, aby n&aacute;bo&#382;enstvo oslobodili, aby v &#328;om stimulovali pozit&iacute;vne pr&uacute;dy schopn&eacute; prospieva&#357; slobodnej ob&#269;ianskej spolo&#269;nosti. Rusk&iacute; komunisti sa sna&#382;ili n&aacute;bo&#382;enstvo rovno zni&#269;i&#357;, ale to je in&aacute; (dnes u&#382; na&scaron;&#357;astie nie a&#382; tak aktu&aacute;lna) t&eacute;ma.</p>
<p>&#381;ia&#318;, vo Franc&uacute;zsku pri&scaron;li do konfliktu &#318;udia, ktor&iacute; mali mnoho spolo&#269;n&yacute;ch ide&aacute;lov, ale zamerali sa na to, &#269;o ich rozde&#318;ovalo. Rovnos&#357;, bratstvo, sloboda s&uacute; predsa aj kres&#357;ansk&eacute; ide&aacute;ly, a napriek tomu mala revol&uacute;cia siln&yacute; protikres&#357;ansk&yacute; (a katol&iacute;cka reakcia zase siln&yacute; protiosvieteneck&yacute;) charakter. Tento paradox udrie do o&#269;&iacute; znovu pri poh&#318;ade na Foucaultovo kyvadlo. Kyvadlo predstavuje experiment&aacute;lny d&ocirc;kaz, &#382;e Zem rotuje, &#269;i&#382;e je jedn&yacute;m z d&ocirc;kazov, na ktor&yacute;ch stoj&iacute; modern&aacute; fyzika. Paradoxom je, &#382;e osvietenci vn&iacute;mali kres&#357;anstvo ako nepriate&#318;a vedy a priate&#318;a tm&aacute;rstva, hoci stredovek&eacute; kres&#357;anstvo zalo&#382;ilo univerzity (<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/University_of_Paris">Par&iacute;&#382;ska</a> vznikla u&#382; v 12. storo&#269;&iacute;) a kres&#357;ansk&iacute; u&#269;enci (ako napr. rektor Sorbonny <a href="http://sk.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jean_Buridan">Buridan</a>, alebo biskup <a href="http://sk.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mikul%C3%A1%C5%A1_z_Oresme">Oresme</a>) polo&#382;ili z&aacute;klady vzniku modernej fyziky. &#268;i&#382;e op&auml;&#357; i&scaron;lo o povrchn&yacute; konflikt, ktor&yacute; nemusel by&#357;. Dne&scaron;n&iacute; historici vedy si myslia, &#382;e &#382;idovsko-kres&#357;ansk&aacute; teol&oacute;gia v&yacute;znamne <a href="http://www.aktuality.sk/clanok/127078/komentar-ako-cirkev-budovala-civilizaciu/">prispela k zrodeniu vedy </a>(niektor&iacute; - ako napr. <a href="http://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stanley_Jaki">Stanley Jaki </a>- dokonca pova&#382;uj&uacute; kres&#357;anstvo za faktor, bez ktor&eacute;ho by dne&scaron;n&aacute; veda v&ocirc;bec nevznikla). To si v&scaron;ak osvietensk&iacute; racionalisti vo svojom protiklerik&aacute;lnom o&scaron;iali &#382;ia&#318; nev&scaron;imli. Na druhej strane si mnoh&iacute; katol&iacute;ci (&#269;es&#357; v&yacute;nimk&aacute;m ako <a href="http://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tocqueville">Tocqueville</a>) vo svojom protiosvietenskom o&scaron;iali nev&scaron;imli, &#382;e ide&aacute;ly bratstva a slobody hl&aacute;sal u&#382; Kristus.</p>
<p>Panthe&oacute;n je chr&aacute;mom Rozumu - nad hrobkami Pierra a Marie Curie, matematika Lagrangea a in&yacute;ch sa majest&aacute;tne h&yacute;be Foucaultovo kyvadlo. Je aj chr&aacute;mom Viery (vyobrazenia sv&auml;t&yacute;ch). Je chr&aacute;mom Viery a Rozumu v konflikte. Ale predsa v &#328;om existuj&uacute; aj n&aacute;znaky ich zmierenia. V Panth&eacute;one je napr. pochovan&yacute; aj Louis Pasteur, ktor&yacute; v sebe dok&aacute;zal spoji&#357; vedu a vieru. Spo&#269;&iacute;vaj&uacute; v &#328;om aj pozostatky <a href="http://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jean_Monnet">Jeana Monneta</a>, ktor&yacute; spolupracoval s <a href="http://sk.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Schuman">Robertom Schumanom</a> na vzniku zjednotenej Eur&oacute;py. S&uacute; v &#328;om pozostatky <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ren%C3%A9_Cassin">Ren&eacute;ho Cassina</a>, ktor&yacute; prispel k vzniku V&scaron;eobecnej deklar&aacute;cie &#318;udsk&yacute;ch pr&aacute;v. Podobnos&#357; osvietensk&yacute;ch a kres&#357;ansk&yacute;ch ide&aacute;lov ilustruje skuto&#269;nos&#357;, &#382;e<a href="http://www.firstthings.com/article/2007/01/human-dignity-human-rights-43"> k dekl&aacute;r&aacute;cii prispel </a>aj filozof a hlboko veriaci katol&iacute;k Jacque Maritain. Pante&oacute;n symbolizuje z&aacute;padn&uacute; eur&oacute;psku kult&uacute;ru v kr&iacute;ze dospelosti. Vy&#382;aruje v&scaron;ak aj pozit&iacute;vne sign&aacute;ly jej prekonania. (Mimochodom, Eur&oacute;pa by mohla svoju kr&iacute;zu hodn&ocirc;t r&yacute;chlej&scaron;ie prekona&#357; aj t&yacute;m, &#382;e by sa ob&#269;as pozrela na odli&scaron;n&eacute; dejiny jej americkej mlad&scaron;ej sestry.) Cie&#318;om prekonania kr&iacute;zy by mala by&#357; <a href="http://jedlicka.blog.sme.sk/c/138586/O-sekularizme-a-fundamentalizme.html">zdrav&aacute; (nie protiklerik&aacute;lna) sekulariz&aacute;cia</a>, ved&uacute;ca k zdrav&eacute;mu, slobodn&eacute;mu a &#382;ivotaschopn&eacute;mu n&aacute;bo&#382;enstvu a ob&#269;ianstvu. M&ocirc;j subjekt&iacute;vny n&aacute;zor je, &#382;e Boh (ktor&yacute; je ako Kristus zn&aacute;zornen&yacute; aj v Pante&oacute;ne) sa rad&scaron;ej pozer&aacute; na probl&eacute;mov&uacute; osvietenecko-postmodern&uacute; emancip&aacute;ciu eur&oacute;pskej politiky od n&aacute;bo&#382;enstva ako na (&#382;ia&#318; pr&iacute;li&scaron; bezprobl&eacute;mov&eacute;) spl&yacute;vanie cirkvi a &scaron;t&aacute;tu vo v&yacute;chodnom kres&#357;anstve.</p>

<p>V&auml;&#269;&scaron;ina &#318;ud&iacute; vie, &#382;e &scaron;portovanie prospieva srdcovo-cievnemu syst&eacute;mu. M&aacute;lokto v&scaron;ak vie&nbsp;o mimoriadne pozit&iacute;vnom efekte pohybu v prevencii a dokonca i lie&#269;be rakovinov&yacute;ch ochoren&iacute;.</p>
<p>1. Pravideln&aacute; telesn&aacute; aktivita dok&aacute;&#382;e <strong>predch&aacute;dza&#357; tvoreniu</strong> zhubn&yacute;ch <strong>n&aacute;dorov</strong>. Ochrann&eacute; &uacute;&#269;inky s&uacute; obzvl&aacute;&scaron;&#357; dobre preuk&aacute;zan&eacute; u&nbsp;karcin&oacute;mov hrub&eacute;ho &#269;reva a&nbsp;u&nbsp;n&aacute;dorov prsn&iacute;ka (ktor&yacute;ch rast je z&aacute;visl&yacute; &nbsp;od horm&oacute;nov) u&nbsp;&#382;ien po prechode.</p>

<p>V&auml;&#269;&scaron;ina pacientov sa pohybova&#357; m&ocirc;&#382;e a&nbsp;mali by to aj robi&#357;. Dokonca je telesn&yacute; pohyb mo&#382;n&yacute; aj po&#269;as vysokod&aacute;vkovej chemoterapie. Pohyb a&nbsp;posilovanie m&ocirc;&#382;e brzdi&#357; rozvoj nebezpe&#269;nej n&aacute;dorovej kachexie (= chorobn&yacute; &uacute;bytok hmotnosti kv&ocirc;li strate tuku a&nbsp;svalovej hmoty). Jeden konkr&eacute;tny pr&iacute;klad: Na oddelen&iacute;, kde pracuje moja man&#382;elka maj&uacute; pacienti (v&auml;&#269;&scaron;inou s&nbsp;leukemick&yacute;mi ochoreniami) na izbe stacion&aacute;rne bicykle. &Scaron;&eacute;f oddelenia ich pravidelne pri vizit&aacute;ch &bdquo;otravuje&rdquo; s&nbsp;ot&aacute;zkou, &#269;i u&#382; dnes bicyklovali.</p>
<p>3. Viacer&eacute; &scaron;t&uacute;die zistili, &#382;e pohyb <strong>zni&#382;uje</strong> aj <strong>riziko</strong> <strong>op&auml;tovn&eacute;ho vzniku n&aacute;dorov</strong> (&#269;i&#382;e pom&aacute;ha pri tzv. terci&aacute;rnej prevencii).</p>
<p>Z&aacute;ver: pohyb je lacn&yacute;m a&nbsp;&uacute;&#269;inn&yacute;m prostriedkom boja proti rakovine, a to v&scaron;etk&yacute;ch (troch) &uacute;rovniach.</p>

T&eacute;mou bola ot&aacute;zka, &#269;o je &#382;iv&eacute;, &#269;o je ne&#382;iv&eacute; a ako &#382;iv&eacute; vzniklo z ne&#382;iv&eacute;ho. &Scaron;tefan Hr&iacute;b sa ve&#318;mi dobre p&yacute;tal,v&scaron;etci hostia hovorili zauj&iacute;mavo a k veci. Martin Moj&#382;i&scaron; a Vladim&iacute;r &#268;ern&yacute; u&#382; tradi&#269;ne vynikali jasn&yacute;mi a pre div&aacute;kov zrozumite&#318;n&yacute;mi &uacute;vahami a prirovnaniami, ale ani biol&oacute;govia nezaost&aacute;vali, a tak vznikla &#382;iv&aacute; diskusia sprev&aacute;dzan&aacute; <a href="http://www.zivekvety.sk/">&#381;iv&yacute;mi kvetmi</a>. Odpor&uacute;&#269;am v&scaron;etk&yacute;m, ktor&iacute; rel&aacute;ciu nevideli, pozrie&#357; si ju v <a href="http://plus.joj.sk/plus-tv-archiv/lampa/11-01-2009/1846483.html">arch&iacute;ve</a>.<p></p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Ako to u&#382; b&yacute;va, v neskor&yacute;ch no&#269;n&yacute;ch hodin&aacute;ch debata pre&scaron;la aj k filozofick&yacute;m ot&aacute;zkam. &Scaron;tefan Hr&iacute;b otvoril kontroverzn&uacute; t&eacute;mu (na videu v arch&iacute;ve 2h 15min), &#269;i s&uacute; veci ako l&aacute;ska, vedomie, &#382;ia&#318;, kr&aacute;sa, at&#271;. &uacute;plne redukovate&#318;n&eacute; na chemick&eacute; reakcie. Martin Moj&#382;i&scaron; sa vyjadril, &#382;e &bdquo;je mo&#382;n&eacute;, &#382;e to je mo&#382;n&eacute;&ldquo;. Zatia&#318; sme pod&#318;a neho nena&scaron;li nejak&yacute; smrtiaci argument, ktor&yacute; by tak&eacute;muto <a href="http://sk.wikipedia.org/wiki/Redukcionizmus">redukcionizmu</a> odporoval. Martin Moj&#382;i&scaron; nevylu&#269;uje, &#382;e to m&ocirc;&#382;e by&#357; aj inak, ale zatia&#318; to pod&#318;a neho vo vede vyzer&aacute; tak, &#382;e &bdquo;f&iacute;ha, asi je to mo&#382;n&eacute;&ldquo; (napr. &uacute;plne redukova&#357; myslenie na &#269;innos&#357; neur&oacute;nov). Pritom ho neru&scaron;&iacute; ani jedna z&nbsp;alternat&iacute;v &ndash; na jeho l&aacute;ske k&nbsp;de&#357;om to pod&#318;a neho ni&#269; nemen&iacute; (filozof by Martina Moj&#382;i&scaron;a asi str&#269;il do <a href="http://sk.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agnosticizmus">agnosticko</a>-<a href="http://sk.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pragmatizmus">pragmatickej </a>&bdquo;&scaron;katu&#318;ky&ldquo;). Vladim&iacute;ra &#268;ern&eacute;ho naopak podobn&aacute; predstava ru&scaron;&iacute; a&nbsp; kr&aacute;tko spomenul aj mo&#382;n&eacute; alternat&iacute;vy.<p></p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Ja som ne-redukcionista, podobne ako p&aacute;n &#268;ern&yacute;. V&nbsp;polemickom z&aacute;pale, ktor&yacute; vo mne Lampa vyvolala, by som r&aacute;d v&nbsp;tomto blogu spomenul, resp. rozvinul ako filozofick&eacute;, tak aj vedeck&eacute; argumenty proti radik&aacute;lnemu redukcionizmu. Hoci zatia&#318; asi nejde o &bdquo;smrtiace argumenty&ldquo;, redukcionizmu zasadzuj&uacute; pod&#318;a m&#328;a ve&#318;mi nepr&iacute;jemn&eacute; rany .<p></p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Na &uacute;vod e&scaron;te jedno d&ocirc;le&#382;it&eacute; upozornenie (z oblasti filozofie vedy), ktor&eacute; bolo s&#269;asti spomenut&eacute; aj v&nbsp;rel&aacute;cii. Ot&aacute;zky t&yacute;kaj&uacute;ce sa &#318;udsk&eacute;ho vedomia s&uacute; &#269;iasto&#269;ne <a href="http://jedlicka.blog.sme.sk/c/59252/Aky-je-rozdiel-medzi-vedou-a-filozofiou-I.html">filozofick&yacute;mi ot&aacute;zkami</a>, ktor&eacute; presahuj&uacute; met&oacute;dy pr&iacute;rodn&yacute;ch vied. (Pri&#269;om ale, ako m&uacute;dro spomenul Vladim&iacute;r &#268;ern&yacute;, met&oacute;dy sa vyv&iacute;jaj&uacute; a&nbsp;niektor&eacute; ot&aacute;zky, ktor&eacute; sa pova&#382;ovali za vedecky netestovate&#318;n&eacute;, sa m&ocirc;&#382;u &#269;asom sta&#357; testovate&#318;n&yacute;mi.) Ak vedec (napr. Francis Crick) povie, &#382;e na&scaron;a myse&#318; nie je &ldquo;ni&#269; viac ako&rdquo; h&#341;ba nervov&yacute;ch buniek, nehovor&iacute; (aspo&#328; pri s&uacute;&#269;asnom stave vedy) ako pr&iacute;rodn&yacute; vedec, ale hovor&iacute; ako filozof - hoci si toho, &#382;ia&#318;, niekedy nie je vedom&yacute;. (Hostia rel&aacute;cie do tak&eacute;hoto extr&eacute;mu neza&scaron;li &ndash; &#269;o je mo&#382;no &scaron;koda, lebo by bola mohla vznikn&uacute;&#357; zauj&iacute;mav&aacute; polemika). Ako uk&aacute;zal <a href="http://sk.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karl_Raimund_Popper">Karl Popper</a>, je d&ocirc;le&#382;it&eacute; rozli&scaron;ova&#357; medzi filozofick&yacute;m redukcionizmom (&rdquo;ni&#269;viacakoizmom&rdquo;) a redukcionizmom ako pracovnou met&oacute;dou vedca. Ka&#382;d&yacute; vedec by sa mal sna&#382;i&#357; vysvetli&#357; (zredukova&#357;) komplexn&eacute; javy na z&aacute;klade jednoduch&scaron;&iacute;ch javov. Ak v&scaron;ak niektor&eacute; fenom&eacute;ny - napr&iacute;klad (s)vedomie, l&aacute;ska - jeho redukcionistick&yacute;m snah&aacute;m odol&aacute;vaj&uacute;, je chybou urobi&#357; (vedeck&yacute;) z&aacute;ver, &#382;e s&uacute; &uacute;plne vysvetlite&#318;n&eacute; ni&#382;&scaron;&iacute;mi (nervov&yacute;mi) mechanizmami. (Takisto je ale chybou upadn&uacute;&#357; do opa&#269;n&eacute;ho extr&eacute;mu a tvrdi&#357;, &#382;e nie s&uacute; ani &#269;iasto&#269;ne vysvetlite&#318;n&eacute; pr&iacute;rodn&yacute;mi vedami.) Tak&#382;e pod&#318;a Poppera, ka&#382;d&yacute; vedec mus&iacute; by&#357; metodologick&yacute;m redukcionistom. To v&scaron;ak neznamen&aacute;, &#382;e mus&iacute; by&#357; ontologick&yacute;m redukcionistom a veri&#357; v mo&#382;nos&#357; redukcie v&scaron;etk&eacute;ho na jednu z&aacute;kladn&uacute; &uacute;rove&#328;. (Popper s&aacute;m bol kritikom tak&eacute;hoto redukcionizmu.)<p></p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Teraz zop&aacute;r argumentov proti radik&aacute;lnemu redukcionizmu. Za&#269;nem znovu Popperom. Ten sa vyjadril, &#382;e keby sme chceli &uacute;plne previes&#357; (zredukova&#357;) biologick&eacute; a chemick&eacute; procesy na kvantovo fyzik&aacute;lne, nesta&#269;ila by n&aacute;m uspokojiv&aacute; te&oacute;ria jadrov&yacute;ch s&iacute;l, periodickej s&uacute;stavy prvkov, at&#271;., ale museli by sme (bezo zvy&scaron;ku) vysvetli&#357; napr. aj historick&yacute; vznik &#357;a&#382;k&yacute;ch prvkov (a teda aj vznik hviezd, at&#271;.). To znamen&aacute;, &#382;e biologick&eacute; a chemick&eacute; javy ved&uacute; na&scaron;e myslenie a&#382; k&nbsp;vzniku a evol&uacute;cii vesm&iacute;ru. Popper chcel spochybni&#357; mo&#382;nos&#357; &uacute;plnej fyzik&aacute;lnej redukcie, preto&#382;e t&aacute; vy&#382;aduje vysvetlenie p&ocirc;vodu vesm&iacute;ru. Ke&#271;&#382;e evol&uacute;cia &#382;ivej pr&iacute;rody (biogen&eacute;za) je s&uacute;&#269;as&#357;ou evol&uacute;cie vesm&iacute;ru (kozmogen&eacute;zy), snaha o &uacute;pln&uacute; redukciu biol&oacute;gie (ale aj etiky, psychol&oacute;gie) na nejak&eacute; z&aacute;kladn&eacute; vysvetlenie n&aacute;s v&nbsp;kone&#269;nom d&ocirc;sledku vedie k ot&aacute;zke p&ocirc;vodu cel&eacute;ho kozmu. Za&#269;ala t&yacute;m vlastne aj Lampa &ndash; spomenut&iacute;m Big Bangu a&nbsp;prekvapiv&eacute;ho nastavenia fyzik&aacute;nych kon&scaron;t&aacute;nt (napr. energetickej hladiny jadra uhl&iacute;ka) tak, &#382;e umo&#382;nili vznik &#382;ivota&nbsp;(tzv. <a href="http://sk.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antropick%C3%BD_princ%C3%ADp">antropick&yacute; princ&iacute;p</a>). S&uacute;&#269;asn&aacute; fyzika zatia&#318; nevie n&aacute;js&#357; <a href="http://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teorie_v%C5%A1eho">te&oacute;riu v&scaron;etk&eacute;ho</a>, ktor&aacute; by vysvetlila vznik vesm&iacute;ru (na vysvetlenie Big Bangu by sme potrebovali zjednoten&uacute; te&oacute;riu v&scaron;etk&yacute;ch fyzik&aacute;lnych s&iacute;l, ktor&uacute; zatia&#318; nem&aacute;me). &#268;i&#382;e zatia&#318; ani &uacute;pln&aacute; redukcia &#269;loveka a&nbsp;jeho vedomia na fyzik&aacute;lne rovnice nie je mo&#382;n&aacute;. <p></p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Zatia&#318; sa mus&iacute;me uspokoji&#357; &bdquo;len&ldquo; s&nbsp;filozofick&yacute;mi rie&scaron;eniami resp. s&nbsp;kombin&aacute;ciou filozofick&yacute;ch a&nbsp;fyzik&aacute;lnych &scaron;pekul&aacute;ci&iacute;. Ale aj v&nbsp;takej debate pod&#318;a m&#328;a redukcionizmus sk&ocirc;r prehr&aacute;va. &nbsp;Na ot&aacute;zku, pre&#269;o v&ocirc;bec nie&#269;o je, existuj&uacute; najmenej dve mo&#382;n&eacute; odpovede. M&ocirc;&#382;eme tvrdi&#357;, &#382;e &bdquo;nie&#269;o&ldquo; (napr&iacute;klad hmota/energia) jednoducho je a v&#382;dy bolo. V tom pr&iacute;pade sme z&aacute;stancami filozofie sebesta&#269;n&eacute;ho, absol&uacute;tneho Vesm&iacute;ru. Alebo m&ocirc;&#382;eme ma&#357; o sebesta&#269;nosti existencie pr&iacute;rody pochybnosti, a ke&#271;&#382;e z &bdquo;doslova ni&#269;oho&ldquo; nem&ocirc;&#382;e vznikn&uacute;&#357; nie&#269;o p&ocirc;soben&iacute;m ni&#269;oho, postulujeme Tvorcu, ktor&yacute; presahuje vesm&iacute;r. Niektor&iacute; redukcionisti za prap&ocirc;vodn&eacute; &bdquo;ni&#269;&ldquo; pova&#382;uj&uacute; <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eternal_inflation">kvantov&eacute; v&aacute;kuum</a>, z ktor&eacute;ho ako d&ocirc;sledok fluktu&aacute;cie do&scaron;lo k ve&#318;k&eacute;mu tresku. Filozofick&aacute; viera v absol&uacute;tnos&#357; a praexistenciu kvantov&eacute;ho v&aacute;kua je naozaj mo&#382;n&aacute;. Neredukcionista by ale mohol namieta&#357;, &#382;e kvantov&eacute; v&aacute;kuum nie je jednoduch&eacute;. &#381;e je pr&iacute;li&scaron; &scaron;pecifick&eacute; (spr&aacute;va sa pod&#318;a kvantov&yacute;ch z&aacute;konov) a to si vy&#382;aduje vysvetlenie. Neredukcionista-teista m&ocirc;&#382;e pova&#382;ova&#357; fakt, &#382;e niektor&eacute; fyzik&aacute;lne kon&scaron;tanty s&uacute; nastaven&eacute; tak, &#382;e umo&#382;&#328;uj&uacute; vznik &#382;ivota a &#269;loveka (spom&iacute;nan&yacute; antropick&yacute; princ&iacute;p) za podporn&yacute; argument v&nbsp;prospech svojho n&aacute;zoru. S&uacute;&#269;asn&iacute; redukcionisti sa sna&#382;ia situ&aacute;ciu zachr&aacute;ni&#357; t&yacute;m, &#382;e veria v&nbsp;model vesm&iacute;ru, ktor&yacute; (v mnoh&yacute;ch Big Bangoch) produkuje mno&#382;stvo podvesm&iacute;rov s&nbsp;r&ocirc;znymi kombin&aacute;ciami fyzik&aacute;lnych kon&scaron;t&aacute;nt, a&nbsp;my m&aacute;me to &scaron;&#357;astie, &#382;e sme v&nbsp;podvesm&iacute;re zhodou okolnost&iacute; naklonenom vzniku &#382;ivota. (V in&yacute;ch vesm&iacute;roch bez &#382;ivota neexistuje nikto, kto by sa nad t&yacute;m &#269;udoval.) Teista by v&scaron;ak mohol namieta&#357;, &#382;e te&oacute;ria tak&eacute;hoto <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multiverse">multivesm&iacute;ru </a>nie je vedecky testovate&#318;n&aacute;, preto&#382;e nem&aacute;me ako dok&aacute;za&#357; existenciu in&yacute;ch (pod)vesm&iacute;rov. Z&aacute;drap&#269;iv&yacute; teista by navy&scaron;e pripojil ironick&uacute; pozn&aacute;mku, &#382;e redukcionisti si v&nbsp;snahe zachr&aacute;ni&#357; svoj materialistick&yacute; sveton&aacute;zor vym&yacute;&scaron;&#318;aj&uacute; existenciu netestovate&#318;n&yacute;ch vec&iacute;, pri&#269;om to je to, &#269;o kedysi vy&#269;&iacute;tali teistom. (&Scaron;ikovn&yacute; redukcionista by namietol, &#382;e sa ned&aacute; vyl&uacute;&#269;i&#357;, &#382;e sa to v&nbsp;bud&uacute;cnosti bude da&#357; testova&#357;. Teista by ale mohol oponova&#357;,&nbsp;&#382;e&nbsp;aj tak&yacute;to s&iacute;ce divok&yacute;, ale efekt&iacute;vny &bdquo;evolu&#269;n&yacute;&ldquo; model mnoh&yacute;ch n&aacute;hodn&yacute;ch Big Bangov potrebuje racion&aacute;lne vysvetlenie.) Tak&#382;e niektor&iacute; presved&#269;en&iacute; neredukcionisti ako som ja, t&uacute;to debatu vidia tak, &#382;e redukcionistom riadne prih&aacute;ra a&nbsp;maj&uacute; &#269;oraz viac a&nbsp;viac probl&eacute;mov. Musia sa dokonca uchy&#318;ova&#357; k&nbsp;hypot&eacute;ze nekone&#269;n&eacute;ho mno&#382;stva vesm&iacute;rov (p&aacute;n <a href="http://sk.wikipedia.org/wiki/Occamova_britva">Occam</a> sa pritom mo&#382;no v&nbsp;hrobe obracia), aby mohli na&#271;alej neru&scaron;ene redukova&#357; l&aacute;sku a&nbsp;slobodu na &#269;isto chemicko-fyzik&aacute;lne procesy.<p></p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Ve&#318;mi zauj&iacute;mav&eacute; je, &#382;e v&nbsp;s&uacute;&#269;asnosti sa zd&aacute;, &#382;e bu&#271; redukcionistick&uacute; te&oacute;riu v&scaron;etk&eacute;ho nen&aacute;jdeme (mysl&iacute; si to najnov&scaron;ie <a href="http://www.damtp.cam.ac.uk/strings02/dirac/hawking/">dokonca aj Stephen Hawking</a>) alebo bude obsahova&#357; nevypo&#269;&iacute;tate&#318;n&eacute; prvky. Nevypo&#269;&iacute;tate&#318;nos&#357; ako argument proti redukcionizmu nadhodil aj Vladim&iacute;r &#268;ern&yacute;, ke&#271; medzi re&#269;ou spomenul Rogera Penrosa. Penrose si mysl&iacute;, &#382;e fyzika a&nbsp;ani na&scaron;e vedomie nie s&uacute; vysvetlite&#318;n&eacute; vypo&#269;&iacute;tate&#318;n&yacute;mi mechanizmami. Zjednodu&scaron;ene povedan&eacute;, Penrose argumentuje, &#382;e &#269;lovek nie je ani klasick&yacute; po&#269;&iacute;ta&#269;, ani chemicko-fyzik&aacute;lny stroj. Je to ve&#318;mi zauj&iacute;mav&aacute; argument&aacute;cia, ktor&aacute; s&uacute;vis&iacute; s&nbsp;podstatou pojmu &bdquo;v&yacute;po&#269;et&ldquo; a &bdquo;program&ldquo;. Hranice toho, &#269;o dok&aacute;&#382;eme simulova&#357; v&yacute;po&#269;tom, s&uacute; vlastne hranicami matematiky a po&#269;&iacute;ta&#269;ovej vedy. Pr&aacute;ce G&ouml;dela a Turinga poukazuj&uacute; na limity toho, &#269;o je mo&#382;n&eacute; dosiahnu&#357; postupnos&#357;ou form&aacute;lnych v&yacute;po&#269;tov, &#269;i&#382;e nejak&yacute;m algoritmom. <a href="http://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/G%C3%B6delovy_v%C4%9Bty_o_ne%C3%BAplnosti">G&ouml;del</a> uk&aacute;zal, &#382;e v&nbsp;r&aacute;mci ak&eacute;hoko&#318;vek form&aacute;lneho syst&eacute;mu existuj&uacute; v&yacute;roky, ktor&eacute; s&uacute; pravdiv&eacute;, ale nie s&uacute; v &#328;om odvodite&#318;n&eacute; (&#269;i&#382;e dok&aacute;zate&#318;n&eacute;/vypo&#269;&iacute;tate&#318;n&eacute;). Vypo&#269;&iacute;tate&#318;nos&#357; (dok&aacute;zate&#318;nos&#357;/odvodite&#318;nos&#357;/redukovate&#318;nos&#357;) je slab&scaron;&iacute; pojem ako pravdivos&#357;. Zd&aacute; sa teda, &#382;e v&yacute;znam alebo zmysel/s&eacute;mantika (pravdivos&#357; je s&eacute;mantick&yacute; pojem) nie s&uacute; redukovate&#318;n&eacute; na s&uacute;bor nejak&yacute;ch v&yacute;po&#269;tov&yacute;ch (syntaktick&yacute;ch) pravidiel. Vyzer&aacute; to tak, &#382;e fenom&eacute;ny ako je vedomie, matematick&yacute; &bdquo;n&aacute;h&#318;ad&ldquo; alebo &bdquo;zmysel pre humor&ldquo; nie je mo&#382;n&eacute; vysvetli&#357; &#269;isto v&yacute;po&#269;tov&yacute;mi modelmi, resp. ich na ne zredukova&#357;. G&ouml;delovou vetou in&scaron;pirovan&yacute; argument o&nbsp;neredukovate&#318;nosti n&aacute;&scaron;ho vedomia na v&yacute;po&#269;tov&eacute; chemicko-fyzik&aacute;lne procesy podrobnej&scaron;ie rozvinuli filozof <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Lucas_(philosopher)">John Lucas</a> a&nbsp;spom&iacute;nan&yacute; fyzik <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roger_penrose#Physics_and_consciousness">Roger Penrose</a>. Ich tvrdenia vyvolali zna&#269;n&uacute; kontroverziu a dodnes existuj&uacute; na ne r&ocirc;zne n&aacute;zory. Mne osobne sa ich argumenty zdaj&uacute; presved&#269;iv&eacute;. Never&iacute;m teda vo v&scaron;emocnos&#357; v&yacute;po&#269;tov&yacute;ch (redukcionistick&yacute;ch) modelov. M&ocirc;&#382;u n&aacute;m v&scaron;ak prinies&#357; hlb&scaron;ie (aj ke&#271; nie &uacute;pln&eacute;) pochopenie mnoh&yacute;ch javov. Napokon, aj zlyhanie nejak&eacute;ho modelu je obohaten&iacute;m n&aacute;&scaron;ho poznania.<p></p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Ako sa d&aacute; vlastne redukcia nejako presnej&scaron;ie zadefinova&#357;? Ve&#318;mi in&scaron;piruj&uacute;ce s&uacute; &uacute;vahy <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chaitin">Gregoryho Chaitina</a>, ktor&yacute; G&ouml;delove v&yacute;sledky rozvinul a aplikoval na pojmy ako je komplexita, jednoduchos&#357;, neredukovate&#318;nos&#357;. Vedeck&uacute; te&oacute;riu mo&#382;no pod&#318;a Chaitina ch&aacute;pa&#357; ako algoritmus, ktor&yacute; n&aacute;m umo&#382;&#328;uje v skr&aacute;tenej forme vyjadri&#357; pravidelnos&#357; skryt&uacute; v nejakom na prv&yacute; poh&#318;ad n&aacute;hodnom s&uacute;bore (pozorovan&yacute;ch) d&aacute;t. Okrem vysvetlenia minul&yacute;ch pozorovan&iacute; n&aacute;m vedeck&aacute; te&oacute;ria umo&#382;&#328;uje vypo&#269;&iacute;ta&#357; aj bud&uacute;ce pozorovania &ndash; &#269;i&#382;e umo&#382;&#328;uje n&aacute;m predikcie. Veda h&#318;ad&aacute; algoritmick&eacute; stla&#269;enie (kompresiu) pozorovanej reality. Zlo&#382;itos&#357; nejak&eacute;ho javu sa d&aacute; pod&#318;a Chaitina &bdquo;zmera&#357; ve&#318;kos&#357;ou najkrat&scaron;ieho algoritmu (najjednoduch&scaron;ej te&oacute;rie), ktorou sa d&aacute; dan&yacute; jav pop&iacute;sa&#357;. Jav je neredukovate&#318;n&yacute;, ak neexistuje te&oacute;ria, ktor&aacute; by ho pop&iacute;sala, resp. ak najkrat&scaron;&iacute; program, ktor&yacute; je schopn&yacute; obsiahnu&#357; pozorovan&eacute; d&aacute;ta, m&aacute; tak&uacute; ist&uacute; ve&#318;kos&#357; ako s&uacute;bor samotn&yacute;ch d&aacute;t. (Kvantov&eacute; javy s&uacute; pr&iacute;kladom, kde vystupuje principi&aacute;lna nekomprimovate&#318;nos&#357;, a teda i nepredpovedate&#318;nos&#357;.)<p></p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">H&#318;adanie &bdquo;te&oacute;rie v&scaron;etk&eacute;ho&ldquo; je vlastne v kontexte Chaitinov&yacute;ch &uacute;vah h&#318;adan&iacute;m kone&#269;nej algoritmickej kompresie sveta. Z Chaitinovej verzie G&ouml;delovej vety o ne&uacute;plnosti vypl&yacute;va, &#382;e aj keby sme objavili kone&#269;n&uacute; te&oacute;riu v&scaron;etk&eacute;ho, nemohli by sme dok&aacute;za&#357;, &#382;e ide o kone&#269;n&uacute; (najjednoduch&scaron;iu) te&oacute;riu. Podobn&yacute;mi argumentami dospel <a href="http://www.damtp.cam.ac.uk/strings02/dirac/hawking/">Hawking</a> (a <a href="http://pirate.shu.edu/~jakistan/JakiGodel.pdf">d&aacute;vno pred n&iacute;m</a> <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theory_of_everything#With_reference_to_G.C3.B6del.27s_incompleteness_theorem">Stanley Jaki</a>)k&nbsp;z&aacute;veru, &#382;e tak&uacute; te&oacute;riu nikdy nen&aacute;jdeme (&#269;o je radik&aacute;lna zmena jeho n&aacute;zoru). Vtip spo&#269;&iacute;va v tom, &#382;e &uacute;pln&aacute; te&oacute;ria v&scaron;etk&eacute;ho by mala vedie&#357; dok&aacute;za&#357; (odvodi&#357;/vypo&#269;&iacute;ta&#357;) aj samu seba. Pod&#318;a g&ouml;delovsk&eacute;ho uva&#382;ovania to ale znamen&aacute;, &#382;e tak&aacute; te&oacute;ria mus&iacute; by&#357; vn&uacute;torne protire&#269;iv&aacute;.&nbsp;Existuj&uacute; len dve mo&#382;nosti: bu&#271; je (vypo&#269;&iacute;tate&#318;n&aacute;) te&oacute;ria &uacute;pln&aacute; (obsahuj&uacute;ca aj vysvetlenie/odvodenie samej seba)&nbsp;a z&aacute;rove&#328; protire&#269;iv&aacute;, alebo je neprotire&#269;iv&aacute; a z&aacute;rove&#328;&nbsp;ne&uacute;pln&aacute; (a teda nie je to te&oacute;ria v&scaron;etk&eacute;ho). Neredukcionistickou alternat&iacute;vou je, &#382;e te&oacute;ria vysvet&#318;uj&uacute;ca cel&yacute; vesm&iacute;r m&aacute; aj nevypo&#269;&iacute;tate&#318;n&eacute; (a teda neredukovate&#318;n&eacute;) prvky. <p class="MsoNormal">U&#382; teraz v&scaron;ak existuje mno&#382;stvo d&aacute;t, ktor&eacute; silne nazna&#269;uj&uacute;, &#382;e v pr&iacute;rode nefunguje v&scaron;etko na princ&iacute;pe tvrdo predur&#269;en&yacute;ch (deterministick&yacute;ch - a teda vypo&#269;&iacute;tate&#318;n&yacute;ch) javov. Fyzika odhalila v na&scaron;om vesm&iacute;re <a href="http://peterjedlicka.googlepages.com/Laplace_jedlicka.rtf">nevypo&#269;&iacute;tate&#318;n&yacute; a nepredpovedate&#318;n&yacute;</a> prvok vo forme kvantovej n&aacute;hodnosti. Ke&#271;&#382;e mi je bl&iacute;zky nedeterministick&yacute; obraz na&scaron;ej mysle, s&uacute; pre m&#328;a pr&iacute;&#357;a&#382;liv&eacute; hypotetick&eacute; &uacute;vahy (napr. Penrosa a in&yacute;ch), &#382;e kvantov&eacute; javy s&uacute;visia aj s fungovan&iacute;m n&aacute;&scaron;ho <a href="http://peterjedlicka.googlepages.com/QuantumBrain_Dofo04.rtf">mozgu</a>. Pozer&aacute;m sa toti&#382; na akty &#318;udskej kreativity alebo slobodnej v&ocirc;le ako na zdroje nie&#269;oho nov&eacute;ho, &#269;o predt&yacute;m neexistovalo (t.j. &#269;o sa ned&aacute; celkom vysvetli&#357; re&#357;azcom predo&scaron;l&yacute;ch fyzik&aacute;lne-chemick&yacute;ch udalost&iacute;). Fyzika by pod&#318;a m&#328;a mohla dospie&#357; k zjednotenej te&oacute;rii v&scaron;etk&yacute;ch s&iacute;l, ale pravdepodobne t&aacute;to fin&aacute;lna te&oacute;ria bude na&#271;alej obsahova&#357; kvantov&uacute; neur&#269;itos&#357;. A&nbsp;v&#271;aka nej asi nebude redukcionizmus nikdy &uacute;plne &uacute;spe&scaron;n&yacute;, a&nbsp;pojmy ako l&aacute;ska, vedomie, Boh nebude mo&#382;n&eacute; celkom zredukova&#357; na &bdquo;tup&eacute; chemick&eacute; reakcie&ldquo; (slov&aacute; &Scaron;. <p class="MsoNormal">Na&scaron;a intu&iacute;cia n&aacute;m hovor&iacute;, &#382;e evol&uacute;cia smeruje k vzniku &#269;oraz komplexnej&scaron;&iacute;ch organizmov. &#268;lovek je asi jedin&yacute; &#382;ivo&#269;&iacute;ch, ktor&yacute; je nato&#318;ko komplexn&yacute;, &#382;e m&aacute; nielen mno&#382;stvo vedom&yacute;ch inform&aacute;ci&iacute; o prostred&iacute;, ale m&aacute; aj inform&aacute;ciu (vie) o tom, &#382;e m&aacute; inform&aacute;cie. &#268;lovek nielen vie, ale vie aj to, &#382;e vie. Niekedy sa v&nbsp;tomto zmysle hovor&iacute; o kognit&iacute;vnom &bdquo;ve&#318;kom tresku&ldquo; v evol&uacute;cii. Mo&#382;no sa ani tak&yacute;to <a href="http://peterjedlicka.googlepages.com/jedlicka_liverpool_paper.pdf">kognit&iacute;vny Big Bang</a> nebude da&#357; &uacute;plne redukcionisticky vysvetli&#357;, podobne ako sa (aspo&#328; zatia&#318;) ned&aacute; vysvetli&#357; ani vesm&iacute;rny Big Bang. A&nbsp;mo&#382;no to m&aacute; dokonca spolo&#269;n&uacute; pr&iacute;&#269;inu. <p class="MsoNormal">M&ocirc;j n&aacute;zor je, &#382;e iba tak&eacute; myslenie, ktor&eacute; nepopiera duchovn&yacute; (ale samozrejme ani materi&aacute;lny) aspekt &#318;udskej osoby, je schopn&eacute; poskytn&uacute;&#357; z&aacute;klad humanistickej etike. Ak je toti&#382; na&scaron;a myse&#318; &uacute;plne toto&#382;n&aacute; so zhlukom at&oacute;mov, potom sa mi zd&aacute;, &#382;e neexistuje rozdiel medzi rozbit&iacute;m at&oacute;mu a rozbit&iacute;m hlavy bl&iacute;&#382;neho. Ak nie je na&scaron;a slobodn&aacute; v&ocirc;&#318;a &ldquo;ni&#269; viac ne&#382;&rdquo; il&uacute;ziou sprev&aacute;dzaj&uacute;cou elektrick&eacute; v&yacute;boje nervov&yacute;ch buniek, potom sa mi zd&aacute; re&#269; o ochrane osobnej, politickej a ekonomickej slobody s&iacute;ce pekn&yacute;m, ale nezmyseln&yacute;m bl&aacute;bolen&iacute;m.</p>

Vlastne sme si pripadali ako v &#382;ivom vysielan&iacute; s&uacute;kromnej rel&aacute;cie <a href="http://blog.tyzden.sk/blog.php?blog_ID=110">Pod lampou</a>: t&eacute;my boli zauj&iacute;mav&eacute;, diskusia &#382;iv&aacute;, nejasnosti vo fyzike n&aacute;m p&uacute;tavo vysvet&#318;oval <a href="http://tyzden.sk/sk/spolocnost/najlepsia_stavebnica.php">Martin Moj&#382;i&scaron;</a>, ch&yacute;bal iba <a href="http://www.tyzden.sk/sk/kultura/najvacsia_sloboda.php">Juraj Ku&scaron;nierik</a>, ktor&yacute; by &#269;&iacute;tal maily a sms-ky div&aacute;kov. Rozoberali sme pri dobrom pive a v&iacute;ne (poniektor&iacute; pri dobrom &#269;aji) rozli&#269;n&eacute; t&eacute;my, ktor&eacute; h&yacute;bu svetom, ale predov&scaron;etk&yacute;m nami. </p>
<p align="justify">Rozpr&aacute;vali sme sa o internetovej str&aacute;nke .t&yacute;&#382;d&#328;a, a to priamo s jej administr&aacute;torom Jakubom Kratochv&iacute;lom. Spom&iacute;nali sme aj Vrbovsk&yacute;ch v&iacute;&#357;azov a nev&scaron;edn&eacute; s&uacute;&#357;a&#382;e a &scaron;porty (napr, formulu 0), ktor&eacute; sa zvykn&uacute; kona&#357; vo Vrbovom pod z&aacute;&scaron;titou preccedu. Bavili sme sa o existencii slobodnej v&ocirc;le, pri&#269;om sme odtia&#318; plynule pre&scaron;li k debate o kvantovej fyzike a <a href="http://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Determinismus">determinizme</a>. Tu vznikli napr&iacute;klad nezhody o tom, &#269;i m&aacute; zmysel mor&aacute;lka vo svete robotov, ktor&iacute; o sebe nevedia, &#382;e s&uacute; roboty. Probl&eacute;m sme nechali nevyrie&scaron;en&yacute;, ve&#271; &#269;o, vo filozofii ho tie&#382; rie&scaron;ia u&#382; zop&aacute;r storo&#269;&iacute;. Niektor&iacute; diskut&eacute;ri (zhodou okolnost&iacute; t&iacute;, ktor&iacute; pili &#269;aj, resp. ten, ktor&yacute; pil &#269;aj) sa sna&#382;ili usved&#269;i&#357; in&yacute;ch diskut&eacute;rov (zhodou okolnost&iacute; t&yacute;ch, ktor&iacute; pili pivo), &#382;e s&uacute; mor&aacute;lni <a href="http://sk.wikipedia.org/wiki/Utilitarizmus">utilitaristi</a>. Pointou usved&#269;ovania bolo, &#382;e keby sa milovn&iacute;ci piva priznali k svojmu utilitarizmu, ut&#341;&#382;ili by pravdepodobne nejak&yacute; v&iacute;&#357;azn&yacute; debatn&yacute; &uacute;der (od milovn&iacute;ka &#269;aju), z ktor&eacute;ho by sa u&#382; nespam&auml;tali. Len&#382;e usved&#269;ovanie nedopadlo &uacute;spe&scaron;ne (milovn&iacute;ci piva svoju utilitaristick&uacute; identitu neochvejne zapierali), tak&#382;e &#382;iadne k.o. v polemike sa nekonalo. </p>
<p align="justify">Samozrejme, ako sa na kr&#269;mov&uacute;, pardon kaviarensk&uacute; diskusiu patr&iacute;, do&scaron;lo aj na politiku. Zhodli sme sa na tom, &#382;e dnes m&aacute; Dr. Fico 45% hlasov v&#271;aka reform&aacute;m, ktor&eacute; nechcel a&nbsp;ktor&yacute;ch intelektu&aacute;lnymi autormi boli &#318;udia, ktor&iacute; dnes maj&uacute; mo&#382;no menej ako 1 % hlasov. To je trag&eacute;dia, alebo lep&scaron;ie povedan&eacute; <a href="http://blogy.etrend.sk/frantisek-mucka/den-vyvlastnenia/142133.html">tragikom&eacute;dia</a> Slovenska. Nesk&ocirc;r sa rozvinula metafyzick&aacute; diskusia o Pravde a Dobre, o tom, &#269;i ten, ktor&yacute; ver&iacute; v nejak&eacute; dobro, ale nem&aacute; pravdu, je chud&aacute;k alebo nie je chud&aacute;k. Ako podpora stanoviska, &#382;e je chud&aacute;k, bol dokonca pou&#382;it&yacute; apo&scaron;tol Pavol. Zdalo sa ale, &#382;e oponenta tento argument <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Appeal_to_authority">ad verecundiam</a> neoh&uacute;ril. To u&#382; v&scaron;ak boli hlbok&eacute; debaty v hlbokej noci, ktor&eacute; neviedli ku konsenzu. Rozi&scaron;li sme sa ale s chu&#357;ou niekedy v podobn&yacute;ch diskusi&aacute;ch pokra&#269;ova&#357;. Po nultom, tak trochu dovolenkovom stretnut&iacute; ur&#269;ite onedlho zorganizujeme &#271;al&scaron;ie, pravdepodobne niekedy pred Vianocami. Sledujte pravidelne str&aacute;nku .t&yacute;&#382;d&#328;a, dozviete sa zav&#269;asu viac. </p>

Franti&#353;ek &#352;ebej ned&#225;vno&#160;do kritickej pr&#237;lohy&#160;.t&#253;&#382;d&#328;a&#160;nap&#237;sal &#269;l&#225;nok o prednostiach&#160;intervalov&#233;ho tr&#233;ningu (IT) pred klasick&#253;m aerobick&#253;m behan&#237;m.&#160;K jeho&#160;&#269;l&#225;nku vznikla &#382;iv&#225; diskusia. Niektor&iacute; &#269;itatelia kritizovali, &#382;e F.&nbsp;&Scaron;ebej zjednodu&scaron;uje a aerobick&eacute; behanie nepr&aacute;vom vyhlasuje za m&#341;tve.&nbsp;V r&aacute;mci tejto zauj&iacute;mavej polemiky ma zauj&iacute;malo, &#269;i existuj&uacute; nejak&eacute; &scaron;t&uacute;die, ktor&eacute;&nbsp;priamo porovn&aacute;vali aer&oacute;bny vytrvalostn&yacute; a intervalov&yacute; tr&eacute;ning.&nbsp;Podarilo sa mi n&aacute;js&#357; nieko&#318;ko odborn&yacute;ch&nbsp;&#269;l&aacute;nkov k tejto t&eacute;me.&nbsp;T&yacute;kali sa 1. telesn&yacute;ch a metabolick&yacute;ch zmien spojen&yacute;ch s cvi&#269;en&iacute;m, 2. &uacute;&#269;inkov na srdcovocievny syst&eacute;m:
<p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;Experiment&aacute;lne d&aacute;ta nazna&#269;uj&uacute;, &#382;e IT je &#269;asovo efekt&iacute;vnou strat&eacute;giou cvi&#269;enia, ktorou je mo&#382;n&eacute; dosiahnu&#357; zlep&scaron;enie kond&iacute;cie a metabolizmu,&nbsp;ak&eacute;&nbsp;je typick&eacute; pre&nbsp;tradi&#269;n&yacute; vytrvalostn&yacute; tr&eacute;ning (VT). Napriek n&iacute;zkemu tr&eacute;ningov&eacute;mu objemu je mo&#382;n&eacute; pri IT dramaticky zlep&scaron;i&#357; aj&nbsp;v&yacute;kon pri aer&oacute;bnych cvi&#269;eniach. Tak&#382;e kritick&eacute; hlasy, tvrdiace, &#382;e intervalov&yacute;m (preva&#382;ne anaer&oacute;bnym) cvi&#269;en&iacute;m, sa nezlep&scaron;&iacute; aer&oacute;bna kapacita, nemali pravdu. Na druhej strane sa mi zd&aacute; optimizmus F. &Scaron;ebeja vo&#269;i IT a pesimizmus vo&#269;i VT prehnan&yacute;, preto&#382;e aj VT vedie k pozit&iacute;vnym zmen&aacute;m metabolizmu a kond&iacute;cie. Autori &scaron;t&uacute;di&iacute; varuj&uacute;, &#382;e na kone&#269;n&eacute; porovnanie IT a VT sa musia urobi&#357; dlhodob&eacute; &scaron;t&uacute;die, preto&#382;e ich d&aacute;ta, akoko&#318;vek zauj&iacute;mav&eacute;,&nbsp;s&uacute; z kr&aacute;tkodob&yacute;ch porovnan&iacute;.</p>
<p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;Pod&#318;a nov&yacute;ch zisten&iacute; je IT efekt&iacute;vnym sp&ocirc;sobom aj na zlep&scaron;enie &scaron;trukt&uacute;ry a&nbsp;funkcie perif&eacute;rnych ciev. Napriek ni&#382;&scaron;iemu objemov&eacute;mu a &#269;asov&eacute;mu za&#357;a&#382;eniu toti&#382; vyvol&aacute;va podobn&eacute; pozit&iacute;vne zmeny ciev ako VT. Ned&aacute; sa teda poveda&#357;, &#382;e by VT nebol zdraviu ciev v&ocirc;bec prospe&scaron;n&yacute; (ako by si mohol myslie&#357; &#269;itate&#318; &#269;l&aacute;nku F. &Scaron;ebeja), ale IT sa zd&aacute; by&#357; efekt&iacute;vnej&scaron;&iacute;. Na&scaron;iel som aj nov&eacute; &scaron;t&uacute;die roben&eacute;&nbsp;u pacientov so zlyhan&iacute;m srdca po infarkte a u pacientov s ischemickou chorobou srdca.&nbsp;V&yacute;sledky ukazuj&uacute;, &#382;e&nbsp;intenz&iacute;vny intervalov&yacute; tr&eacute;ning je v pozit&iacute;vnych &uacute;&#269;inkoch efekt&iacute;vnej&scaron;&iacute; ako mierny kontinu&aacute;lny tr&eacute;ning. Teraz je treba urobi&#357; ve&#318;k&eacute; &scaron;t&uacute;die na&nbsp;porovnanie &uacute;&#269;inku r&ocirc;znych tr&eacute;ningov u srdcovocievnych pacientov. &ldquo;Cardio&rdquo; (in&yacute; n&aacute;zov pre klasick&yacute; VT) teda e&scaron;te nie je m&#341;tve, ale IT sa&nbsp;pravdepodobne uk&aacute;&#382;e ako efekt&iacute;vnej&scaron;ia a &#269;asovo menej n&aacute;ro&#269;n&aacute; alternat&iacute;va.</p>
<p>S&uacute;hlas&iacute;m s niektor&yacute;mi diskut&eacute;rmi, ktor&iacute; p&iacute;sali, &#382;e na Slovensku treba propagova&#357; &scaron;portovanie ako tak&eacute;, preto&#382;e v&auml;&#269;&scaron;ina &#318;ud&iacute; nerob&iacute; ani VT ani IT. Ak sa v&ocirc;bec bud&uacute; &#318;udia viac h&yacute;ba&#357;, u&#382; to bude &uacute;spech. Rozdiely medzi IT a VT s&uacute; s&iacute;ce d&ocirc;le&#382;it&eacute;, ale diskusia o nich by nemala odr&aacute;dza&#357; od &scaron;portu, ale naopak e&scaron;te viac motivova&#357;. Niektor&iacute; si toti&#382; v &#269;l&aacute;nku o m&yacute;te behu za zdrav&iacute;m vyfiltrovali inform&aacute;cie tak&yacute;m sp&ocirc;sobom, &#382;e je lep&scaron;ie nebeha&#357; ako beha&#357;.&nbsp;A to je fat&aacute;lny omyl.</p>

Nebudem sa sna&#382;i&#357; by&#357; obzvl&aacute;&scaron;&#357; presn&yacute; a rozdeli&#357; svet na ur&#269;it&eacute; &uacute;rovne, ale pok&uacute;sim sa vysvetli&#357; ist&yacute;m radom my&scaron;lienok, &#269;o si predstavujem pod takou hierarchiou.</p>
<p align="justify">Na jednom konci m&aacute;me najz&aacute;kladnej&scaron;ie z&aacute;kony pr&iacute;rody. Potom m&aacute;me pojmy, ktor&eacute; nie s&uacute; tak&eacute; presn&eacute;, a my ver&iacute;me, &#382;e s&uacute; vysvetlite&#318;n&eacute; pomocou z&aacute;kladn&yacute;ch z&aacute;konov. Napr&iacute;klad teplo poklad&aacute;me za chvenie at&oacute;mov a ide len o in&yacute; v&yacute;raz, ktor&yacute;m popisujeme ve&#318;k&eacute; mno&#382;stvo at&oacute;mov v&nbsp;nepravidelnom pohybe. Ke&#271; ale s&nbsp;t&yacute;mto pojmom pracujeme &#271;alej, &#269;oskoro mikroskopick&yacute; popis pust&iacute;me z&nbsp;hlavy, rovnako ako u &#318;adovca nemysl&iacute;me na kry&scaron;t&aacute;lov&uacute; mrie&#382;ku &#318;adu a tvar snehov&yacute;ch vlo&#269;iek. Tak isto je kry&scaron;t&aacute;l soli zlo&#382;en&yacute; z&nbsp;prot&oacute;nov, neutr&oacute;nov a elektr&oacute;nov, ale samotn&yacute; v&yacute;raz &ldquo;kry&scaron;t&aacute;l soli&rdquo; v&nbsp;sebe nesie ve&#318;k&eacute; mno&#382;stvo inform&aacute;cie o tom, ako s&uacute; usporiadan&eacute;. Na rovnakej &uacute;rovni je aj pojem tlaku.</p>
<p align="justify">Na &#271;al&scaron;ej &uacute;rovni sa dost&aacute;vame k&nbsp;pojmom popisuj&uacute;cim vlastnosti l&aacute;tky. Napr&iacute;klad index lomu hovor&iacute;, ako sa spr&aacute;va svetlo prech&aacute;dzaj&uacute;ce l&aacute;tkou. Podobn&yacute;m pr&iacute;kladom je povrchov&eacute; nap&auml;tie &ndash; veli&#269;ina zodpovedn&aacute; za snahu kvapal&iacute;n zosta&#357; pohromade. Tieto pojmy s&uacute; vyjadrite&#318;n&eacute; &#269;&iacute;slami. Aby sme ich z&iacute;skali, mus&iacute;me sa vr&aacute;ti&#357; sp&auml;&#357; na predch&aacute;dzaj&uacute;ce &uacute;rovne a zaobera&#357; sa silou medzi at&oacute;mami. Aby sme sa tomu vyhli, hovor&iacute;me o povrchovom nap&auml;t&iacute;.</p>
<p align="justify">E&scaron;te vy&scaron;&scaron;ie stoja javy ako vlny na vode. Alebo pojem b&uacute;rka &ndash; uv&aacute;&#382;te len, ko&#318;ko r&ocirc;znych javov je v&nbsp;tomto slove obsiahnut&yacute;ch. Rovnako pojmy hviezda alebo treb&aacute;rs slne&#269;n&aacute; &scaron;kvrna s&uacute; nahromaden&iacute;m r&ocirc;znych javov. &#268;asto v&ocirc;bec nestoj&iacute; za to, sna&#382;i&#357; sa pochopi&#357; veci z&nbsp;tej najni&#382;&scaron;ej &uacute;rovne. Vlastne to ani nedok&aacute;&#382;eme, preto&#382;e &#269;&iacute;m sme vy&scaron;&scaron;ie, t&yacute;m viac stup&#328;ov n&aacute;s od nej del&iacute; a ka&#382;d&yacute; obsahuje ist&uacute; mieru nepoznan&eacute;ho.</p>
<p align="justify">Ako postupujeme v&nbsp;tejto stupnici zlo&#382;itosti nahor, dost&aacute;vame sa k&nbsp;veciam ako s&#357;ah svalu a nervov&yacute; vzruch. Z&nbsp;poh&#318;adu fyziky je to ohromne komplikovan&yacute; jav, zahr&#328;uj&uacute;ci dokonal&uacute; organiz&aacute;ciu hmoty. Z&nbsp;objektov &#271;al&scaron;ej &uacute;rovne uvediem treb&aacute;rs &#382;aby. Pokra&#269;ovanie n&aacute;s priv&aacute;dza k&nbsp;pojmom ako &#269;lovek, hist&oacute;ria a politika, na e&scaron;te vy&scaron;&scaron;om podla&#382;&iacute; stoj&iacute; zlo, kr&aacute;sa, n&aacute;dej&hellip;</p>
<p align="justify">P&yacute;tate sa, ktor&yacute; z&nbsp;koncov na&scaron;ej hierarchie &ndash; ak m&ocirc;&#382;em pou&#382;i&#357; t&uacute;to metaforu &ndash; je bli&#382;&scaron;ie k Bohu? Kr&aacute;sa a n&aacute;dej, alebo fundament&aacute;lne z&aacute;kony? Mysl&iacute;m, &#382;e spr&aacute;vna odpove&#271; znie, ako inak, &#382;e je potrebn&eacute; sa d&iacute;va&#357; na cel&uacute; t&uacute;to &scaron;trukt&uacute;ru v&nbsp;jej prepojenosti, na &uacute;silie nielen vied, ale cel&eacute;ho &#318;udsk&eacute;ho intelektu, nach&aacute;dza&#357; prepojenie medzi v&scaron;etk&yacute;mi oblas&#357;ami. H&#318;ada&#357; prepojenie kr&aacute;sy s&nbsp;dejinami. Nach&aacute;dza&#357; s&uacute;vislosti medzi dejinami a &#318;udskou psychikou. &Scaron;tudova&#357; psychol&oacute;giu z&nbsp;h&#318;adiska funkci&iacute; &#318;udsk&eacute;ho mozgu. Sk&uacute;ma&#357; &uacute;lohu nervov&yacute;ch vzruchov v&nbsp;mozgu ako aj ich chemick&uacute; podstatu. A tak &#271;alej na v&scaron;etk&yacute;ch stup&#328;och na&scaron;ej hierarchie. St&aacute;&#357; na ktoromko&#318;vek konci tohoto dlh&eacute;ho m&oacute;la a od&iacute;s&#357; odtia&#318; v&nbsp;n&aacute;deji, &#382;e tam niekde na druhej strane sa&nbsp;nach&aacute;dza &uacute;pln&eacute; porozumenie, by nebolo spr&aacute;vne. Na oboch koncoch i medzi nimi pracuje neust&aacute;le ve&#318;k&eacute; mno&#382;stvo &#318;ud&iacute; na posp&aacute;jan&iacute; jednotliv&yacute;ch stup&#328;ov. Ich &uacute;silie n&aacute;m prin&aacute;&scaron;a st&aacute;le &uacute;plnej&scaron;ie porozumenie tomuto ohromn&eacute;mu svetu vz&aacute;jomne prepojen&yacute;ch hierarchi&iacute;.&rdquo;</p>
